About The Role:
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with the Local Monitoring Committee of Mousehole School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed teacher. Mousehole School is in a beautiful, harbour village setting between Penzance and Lands’ End, with excellent facilities and easy access to the most wonderful outdoor learning environments. This is a job share position; you will be working closely with an experienced teacher. The person appointed will need to ensure that all pupils receive a good quality education through a programme designed to promote a stimulating style of learning in a safe and healthy school environment.
About You:
You will have a child-centred approach and will provide a creative, inclusive and challenging curriculum which inspires and motivates children and supports high quality teaching and learning both indoors and out. Ideally you will have experience within the Early Years setting and Key Stage One and will share our vision and values to develop our lovely village school from September 2025. Individuals must demonstrate a significant contribution, teamwork and flexibility to small primary school life.
