Early Career Teacher Graduation

Last week we celebrated the first year of our Trust wide ECT programme, with a short session on curriculum translation, followed by cream tea and cakes in the sun. A huge well done to all of our Early Career Teachers, whether finishing your first year strong, or graduating these formative milestones, we congratulate you on your hard work and dedication, and look forward to your continued career development.
