Salary: TPAT Point 6 - £24,366 per annum pro rata

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our student-centred pastoral team and support the ongoing success of our Academy. Working within the behaviour team, the successful candidate will promote continuing high levels of behaviour and standards whilst working with students and their families to support their personal and academic development.
About You:
The successful candidate will be a confident and motivated team player who understands the importance of relationships with students and parents and carers. They will be able to effectively support our students to overcome any barriers to learning, so that they can positively engage in all aspects of school life. Alongside a determination to ensure all students succeed regardless of barriers, they will have an abundance of enthusiasm coupled with a demonstrable passion for transforming the lives of young people.
