Salary: TPAT Point 4 £12.26 (TA) and TPAT Point 1 £12.21 ph (LS)

About The Role:
Sennen School is looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant, with a Lunchtime Supervisor role, to join our team.
As a small school, we have a strong staff team who work well together and support each other, to create a warm and vibrant environment for the pupils and families of our school.
We want every child to embrace school life and enjoy every aspect of learning, exploring and growing; building strong foundations for them to spark their own interests and aspirations.
In this role you will support SEN learning within the classroom, which will primarily cater to their individual learning plan.
The role will be fixed-term until 31 August 2026, with the potential for this to be extended. The hours are 8.45am – 3.15pm, ideally Wednesday – Friday, but open to discussion, term-time only.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and committed, with a great sense of humour, to join our team.
The successful candidate will have:
· experience of working with children;
· work one-to-one with children;
· have a desire to engage and inspire children with SEND;
· be effective at forming positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents;
· be able to follow instructions;
· have good communication and organisational skills;
· be a proactive and flexible member of the team, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
