We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN TA to work alongside colleagues, initially in the Foundation Stage classroom, to support the needs of two pupils with EHCPs.
You will be required to work flexibly alongside another SEN TA to take a pro-active role in the support of the educational, social and physical needs of the pupils. We are looking for an experienced, self motivated individual that can work alongside the SENCo, class teacher and other SEN TA to ensure that the pupils are supported to access the curriculum or to plan, deliver and resource an individualised curriculum as appropriate. You will also need to assess, monitor and record the pupils' progress, feeding back to the SENCo and class teacher and be confident to recommend adaptations / amendments to the provision to ensure full engagement of the pupils in learning.
You will also need to be able to fulfil this role with energy and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
