About the Role:
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a Senior Educational Psychologist with excellent knowledge and broad experience to guide and advise our Academy Trust. As part of our dedicated Central Team, you will work in close liaison and collaboration with our Headteachers and appropriate school staff, parents and colleagues from education, health and social services and play a key role in improving outcomes, particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged children. We are interested in hearing from individuals with creative thinking and ideas for further developing and supporting a dynamic and multi-talented team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ideally have experience in leadership, management and supervision. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of working within education, sensitively and pro-actively working with schools, families and young people, applying psychology at all levels. You will be joining our Trust at an important point in our development, and will share our vision and values; we are committed to ensure every child is supported and inspired to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver an Educational Psychology Service to all TPAT schools and work with these schools to deliver personalised support that puts the child and family at the centre and promotes child development.
