Schools to receive investment boost to improve their condition.
Truro and Penwith Academy Trust has been successful in the Condition Improvement Fund for three schools this year, with significant investment in the infrastructure of the buildings at Pendeen School, St Ives School and Pensans School.

Joanna Harvey, Headteacher of St Dennis Primary Acacdemy, was named ‘Headteacher of the Year 2017’ at the Cornwall Teacher Awards evening at Truro Cathedral. Joanna was nominated for her commitment to leadership and improving outcomes at the school which she joined after it was placed in special measures by Ofsted in 2013.
