About The Role:
Newlyn School are looking for a warm and positive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team, who has a calm and nurturing yet aspirational mindset. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled practitioner to work alongside teaching colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for whole classes and small groups, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
A successful candidate will be able to lead whole-class learning sessions and small group interventions under the guidance of teachers, collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, support the development of personalised learning opportunities for all pupils, including those with additional needs and contribute to assessment and feedback to inform pupil progress.
