An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our sucessful school and play a crucial role in the next stage of our development. We are seeking a motivated candidate with creative flair who can take ownership of our marketing and public relations, including through digital and print media, via social media and through our website. We seek a candidate with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and with high-level creative design skills. The successful candidate who will be able to integrate seamlessly into our team and take full responsibility for our marketing and design work. This role will be based in Hayle Academy and the flexibility to work within other TPAT Secondary Schools (St Ives School and Cape Cornwall School) would be an advantage.

The key foci of this post are: To implement a marketing and communication strategy to develop and enhance the reputation of Hayle Academy and support effective student and staff recruitment; to maintain and develop a strong, positive and current digital footprint for the school, through both the school website and social media; to maintaining an up-to-date image library by providing an effective photography service as well as by liaising with professional photographers where appropriate. The successful candidate will be given full support with any training needs for this role.
