Alverton Primary School – Part Time Class Teacher

Contract : Fixed Term

We are looking to appoint a class teacher to work in Key Stage 2. This role will be for 0.4 (Thursday and Friday) and will start as soon as possible and will be a fixed term contract until 31 August 2023.  Further details will be provided at interview.

The successful applicant will be employed in Year 4. The applicant must:

  • have a track record of excellence in their classroom practice;
  • be able to evidence classroom management skills;
  • have a proven ability to work as part of a team;
  • maintain, form and develop strong professional relationships within our learning community;
  • show a high level of commitment to, and enthusiasm for, the role;
  • have energy, flexibility and drive;
  • have high expectations for themselves and their pupils.
